1. This Website Is Information, Not a Repair Decision

Everything on this site is published to help you understand how collision and mechanical repair works and what to expect when you bring a vehicle to us. It is general information about our services. It is not an inspection of your vehicle, and it cannot tell you what your specific vehicle needs.

Two vehicles with damage that looks identical in a photograph can need very different repairs. The only way to know what yours needs is for somebody to put it on a lift and look at it.

2. Estimates Are Estimates

Any figure produced before the vehicle has been disassembled, including anything generated from photographs you send us, is a preliminary figure. It describes what can be seen. It is not a quote, not a contract, and not a promise of final cost.

Collision estimates commonly change once a vehicle is apart, because damage hides behind panels. When that happens we document it, submit a supplement to your insurer, and tell you what it means before the work continues. Nothing additional is repaired or billed without approval.

3. We Do Not Promise Turnaround Times On This Website

Repair timelines depend on damage severity, parts availability, insurer approvals and the procedures a particular vehicle requires. A single back-ordered part can move a schedule by a week. We give you a realistic date once the full repair plan exists, and if that date moves we tell you why.

No page on this site should be read as committing us to a same-day, next-day or fixed-duration repair.

4. Safety Guidance Has Limits

Where this site describes signs that a vehicle may be unsafe to drive, that guidance is general and cannot account for your vehicle. Do not use this website to decide whether a damaged vehicle is safe to operate.

If there is leaking fluid, a wheel that does not sit straight, steering that feels loose, broken lighting, a deployed airbag, exposed wiring, or bodywork touching a tire, stop driving it and call us at (660) 548-3049. Arranging a tow costs less than the alternative.

5. Photographs of Our Work

The photographs on this site are of real work carried out at our shop. They are shown as examples of the kind of work we do, not as a guarantee that your vehicle will produce an identical result. Condition, age, prior repairs and parts availability all affect an outcome.

6. Insurance Information Is Not Legal Advice

We explain how the claims process generally works and we advocate for our customers with their insurers. That is practical experience, not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for reading your own policy or speaking to your insurer or an attorney about your coverage.

7. Warranty Statements

Our workmanship warranty is one year from the date of delivery. The full terms, including what is covered and what is excluded, are set out on our Warranty page, and that page governs. Nothing elsewhere on this site extends coverage beyond what is written there.

8. Third Party Links and Tools

Some pages link to or embed services operated by other companies, such as repair status lookup, review platforms and scheduling tools. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their terms apply when you use them.

9. Accuracy and Changes

We keep this site accurate and correct errors when we find them. Services, pricing, hours and equipment can change. If something here matters to a decision you are about to make, call the shop and confirm it with a person.
