BEFORE YOU DRIVE A DAMAGED VEHICLE
When damage raises a safety concern, start with a call and arrange appropriate transport.
Is my vehicle safe to drive after an accident?
Treat that as a question for a person, not a website. Leaking fluid, a wheel that does not sit straight, steering that feels loose, broken lighting, a deployed airbag, exposed wiring or bodywork touching a tire are all reasons to stop driving it and call us. If you are unsure, the safe assumption is that it is not safe, and arranging a tow is far cheaper than the alternative. We would rather come to the vehicle and give you a thorough assessment than have you drive a damaged one across the county to get an estimate.
Do you offer towing assistance?
We do not provide towing ourselves, but if your vehicle is not safe to drive, call the shop and we will point you toward local towing services and help arrange it. Most policies include towing coverage that people forget they are paying for, and we can tell you whether yours does. If your vehicle is somewhere it should not be left overnight, say so when you call - that changes what we do first.
PREFER TO TALK IT THROUGH?
Tell us what happened and what the vehicle is doing. We will help you choose the next step.
