Hail damage is easier to fix when every panel is counted.
We map the damage, explain the repair options, and help you understand what the insurance estimate needs to include. That gives you a clearer starting point before the repair begins.

Lighting-based inspection
Hail damage hides in plain sight. A roof that looks fine under a cloudy sky will show dozens of dents under the right light at the right angle, including shallow dents that only become obvious after the vehicle is washed and waxed. That is why inspection is done deliberately rather than by walking around the vehicle in the yard. Every panel is worked through in turn and the count is recorded. That count is what your claim is built on, so an inspection done casually costs you money later.
Repair methodology
Depending on the damage, a hail repair may use paintless dent repair, conventional body repair, panel replacement or a combination. Some panels come back without paint and some do not, and that decision is made individually: aluminum behaves differently from steel, a roof with a sunroof or a headliner behind it has different access than a hood, and a panel with several overlapping dents may be beyond what pushing can restore. We work through the vehicle panel by panel, tell you what each one needs, then repair in the order that keeps the finish consistent across the whole vehicle.
Do I have to pay my deductible for hail damage?
Yes, hail damage is typically covered under your comprehensive insurance policy, which is subject to your chosen deductible. We will work with your insurance company to ensure every dent is accounted for in the claim. Our estimators map the damage panel by panel under the right light so the claim can reflect the full scope of the required repairs.
Will a hail damage claim increase my insurance rates?
Hail damage is considered an 'Act of God' and falls under comprehensive coverage. In most states, filing a comprehensive claim for hail damage will not directly increase your individual insurance premiums, though overall area rates may rise after a severe storm. This provides peace of mind when deciding to file. We always recommend checking with your specific agent to confirm your policy details before proceeding.
Can I just leave the hail damage alone?
While cosmetic, leaving hail damage unrepaired can severely diminish your vehicle's resale value. Additionally, if you have a loan or lease, your financial institution may require you to repair the damage to maintain the vehicle's collateral value. We strongly recommend a professional evaluation. Unrepaired dents can also lead to 'prior damage' restrictions on future insurance claims if you are involved in another incident.
What if the hail broke my windshield or damaged moldings?
Our hail repair process covers the entire vehicle. We will replace any shattered or cracked glass, damaged moldings, and compromised trim pieces as part of the comprehensive repair plan. You receive a fully restored vehicle upon completion. We coordinate all necessary glass and trim replacements so you don't have to visit multiple shops to complete the repair.
