You chose the shop. We will help with the claim.
We explain estimates, supplements, approvals, parts delays, and repair updates in plain language so you know what is happening and what needs your approval. The repair stays centered on your vehicle and your next step.

You can choose the repair facility
Your insurer can recommend a shop, and may recommend one strongly, but the vehicle is yours and the choice of who repairs it is yours. A recommendation is a business relationship between the insurer and that shop, not a legal requirement placed on you. Specific rights and claim procedures vary, so confirm the requirements in your state and policy. We work with every major carrier and handle the claim correspondence either way, so choosing us does not mean taking on the paperwork yourself.
An initial estimate may change
Almost every collision estimate changes once the vehicle is apart, and that is normal rather than a warning sign. The first figure is written from what is visible. When disassembly reveals more, a supplement is submitted to the insurer with documentation and photographs supporting it, and we handle that insurance communication directly. What should not happen is you finding out about it at pickup, so we tell you when it happens and what it means for the timeline.
Estimate price is not the only issue
A lower estimate sometimes means a cheaper repair and sometimes means a less complete one. Two estimates can differ because one includes the blend, the scan, the calibration or the correct part and the other does not, so compare what is actually listed on the two documents rather than the totals at the bottom. We put a safe and proper repair ahead of the lowest initial bid, and we will walk through our estimate line by line and explain why each operation is there.
The vehicle owner remains central
The repair is authorized by you, not by the insurer, and it is your name on the vehicle when it goes back on the road. We communicate with your insurer where you authorize it, and we keep you in the decisions that carry a real trade-off: a used part versus a new one, repairing a panel versus replacing it, what is worth doing now and what can wait. You should finish the process understanding what was done to your vehicle and why.
Do I need more than one repair estimate?
No. You are not legally required to get multiple estimates. You have the right to choose the repair facility you trust to fix your vehicle. We work directly with all major insurance carriers to ensure a smooth claims process from start to finish. Don't let an insurance adjuster pressure you into driving around town collecting bids; one professional estimate from your chosen shop is all that is required.
What happens if additional damage is found?
It is common to find additional damage once a vehicle is disassembled. When this occurs, our team thoroughly documents the newly discovered damage with high-resolution photos and technical explanations. We then submit a supplement directly to your insurance company for approval, ensuring the repair continues without compromising safety or quality. We handle all the complex negotiations so you don't have to worry about the details.
Will my insurance cover OEM parts?
Coverage for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts depends entirely on your specific insurance policy. While we advocate for OEM parts for the best fit, finish, and safety, some policies specify aftermarket or recycled parts. We will review your policy with you and explain all available options so you can make an informed decision. If your policy falls short, we can discuss options to ensure your vehicle is repaired correctly.
Do I have to use the shop my insurance recommends?
Absolutely not. By law, you have the right to choose where your vehicle is repaired. Insurance companies often have 'direct repair' networks, but they cannot force you to use them. We regularly work with all insurance companies while keeping our primary focus on protecting you and your vehicle. We work for you, not the insurance company, ensuring your vehicle is restored to factory safety standards.
Who pays the repair bill?
Your insurance company will typically issue payment directly to the repair facility for the approved repair costs, minus your deductible. You are responsible for paying your deductible directly to us when you pick up your completed vehicle. If there are any betterment charges or non-covered items, we will discuss them with you clearly before any work begins.
What if the insurance estimate is lower than yours?
Initial insurance estimates are often written based only on visible damage. Our repair plan is comprehensive and written from what the vehicle actually needs once it has been taken apart far enough to see. If there is a discrepancy, we will contact the insurance company and negotiate the difference on your behalf by providing documentation and proof of the required procedures. We fight to ensure every necessary step is funded so your vehicle is safe to drive.
Do you offer assistance with rental cars?
Yes. If your policy includes rental car coverage, we can help coordinate with the rental agency to have a vehicle ready for you when you drop off yours. We will also keep the rental agency and your insurance company updated on the repair progress, providing a seamless experience. Our goal is to minimize your inconvenience while your vehicle is being restored.
PREFER TO TALK IT THROUGH?
Tell us what happened and what the vehicle is doing. We will help you choose the next step.
