Brought in after an accident? Start with the full picture.
After a crash, visible damage is only the beginning. We inspect the vehicle, explain what we find, and build a repair plan around the damage in front of us.

Visible versus hidden damage
A minor-looking bumper scuff can hide a crushed impact absorber, a cracked mounting tab, a radiator support pushed back or a sensor knocked out of aim, and none of that shows from the outside. That is why we disassemble the affected area and document the actual condition before the estimate is finalised, not after. Writing that damage in on day one rather than discovering it in week two is the difference between a repair that runs to schedule and one that stalls waiting on a supplement approval.
Initial estimate versus repair plan
An estimate written in a parking lot only accounts for what can be seen without disassembly. It is a starting figure, and any shop that tells you otherwise is guessing. The complete repair plan is the real document, built once the vehicle is evaluated in the shop: it lists the operations, the parts, the refinish times and the procedures the manufacturer specifies for that vehicle. You get to see it, and so does your insurer, before the work begins. If the plan changes because something was found during disassembly, you hear about it from us at that point rather than at pickup.
Scanning and calibration considerations
A modern vehicle can come out of a repair looking perfect and still have a driver-assistance system that no longer sees what it is aimed at. We coordinate pre-repair and post-repair diagnostic scanning: the scan before work starts records the condition the vehicle arrived in, which protects you if a fault was already present, and the scan afterwards confirms nothing was left in a fault state. Where a camera or radar has been disturbed, recalibration is not optional and is never skipped to save time.
How long will the repair take?
Repair timing depends on damage severity, parts availability, insurer approvals, and required repair procedures. We provide an estimated timeline after the full repair plan is developed. Our team works diligently to ensure that every step is executed with precision, minimizing unnecessary delays while never compromising on safety or quality standards. Once parts arrive, our technicians operate efficiently, keeping you updated throughout the entire process so you always know the status of your vehicle.
Do I need more than one repair estimate?
No. In most cases, you are not required to obtain multiple estimates. You have the right to select the repair facility of your choice, and we can work directly with your insurer from our initial estimate. We advocate on your behalf to ensure the insurance company covers the proper repair procedures required to restore your vehicle safely. Our detailed documentation process ensures that every necessary repair is fully accounted for.
Will you use original manufacturer parts for my vehicle?
Our primary goal is to use Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts to ensure the best fit, safety, and performance. We will review your specific insurance policy with you, as some policies may dictate the use of aftermarket or recycled parts, and help you make the best decision. Rest assured, we prioritize your vehicle's long-term reliability and structural integrity above all else. We will always push for OEM parts when safety is on the line.
Is my vehicle safe to drive while waiting for repairs?
If your vehicle has sustained any damage to the lights, mirrors, suspension, or if there are any fluid leaks or deployed airbags, it is not safe to drive. We can assist in arranging a tow to our facility to prevent further damage or safety risks. Your safety is our top priority, and we will provide a thorough assessment to determine if your vehicle is roadworthy. Driving a compromised vehicle can lead to further mechanical failures or safety hazards.
How do you ensure the structural integrity is restored?
We utilize advanced, computerized 3D measuring systems that compare your vehicle's current structural dimensions against the exact factory specifications. This allows us to identify and correct misalignments down to the millimeter, ensuring the structural integrity and safety systems perform exactly as designed. Every structural repair is documented and verified. We don't guess when it comes to the frame of your vehicle; we measure, pull, and verify.
