REFUND & CANCELLATION QUESTIONS
Ask about your repair.
CANCELLATIONS, DEPOSITS AND PARTS.
Speak with the shop owner about the work and any parts already ordered.
There are no appointment cancellation or missed-appointment fees. Contact the shop owner about cancelling repairs or work that has already been authorized.
A deposit or prepayment is generally not required. For a large non-insurance job, such as a restoration, the shop and customer agree on any deposit or prepayment arrangement for that job.
Any parts-return or restocking charges are billed to the customer. Discuss parts already ordered for your vehicle with the shop owner before changing the repair plan.
REFUNDS AND STORAGE.
Keep your estimate, authorization and payment receipts available when you contact the shop.
When a customer refund is due, it is issued by check within 30 days. Contact the shop owner about whether a refund applies to your particular repair.
Storage fees apply only to total-loss vehicles. The shop does not charge storage fees for completed vehicles awaiting pickup. Contact the shop owner about the arrangements for a total-loss vehicle.
ASK THE SHOP DIRECTLY.
Contact the team about your vehicle, documents or repair questions.
